Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved right shares of Liberty Energy Company (LEC).
The board approved 50 percent right shares of the company.
After the approval, the company will now issue 7.5 million units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100.
SEBON approved the right issue on October 9.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
