The company is closing its book on October 18 for upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), thus, the shareholders registered in its book till tomorrow, October 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 21st (AGM) on November 4 in Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gaushala, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 0.2632 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve proposal of delegating authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, invest in subsidiary company Api Infra Ltd to maintain 100 percent ownership.
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of invest in Latinath Power Company to maintain majority, invest in Nwagadh Small Hydropower, Darchula Power Company and Mid-Chamelia Hydropower, in Suryakunda Hdyro Electric to invest in Upper Tadi Khola Hydropower Project.
