The company is issuing the FPO to maintain 69.48 percent promoter and 30.52 percent ordinary shareholders ratio. The ratio was unmet after Smata Gharelu Laghubitta acquired former Manakamana Smart Laghubitta.
Accordingly, the company is isu8ing 350,904.25 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100. The interested investors can apply for the shares till November 5. If the issue goes undersubscribed, it will be extended till November 11.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 1,000 units of shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BB- rating to the issuer indicating moderate risks.
The company has appointed Muktinath Capital as issue manager. the applicants can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
At present, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 564 million which will reach Rs 599 million after the issue.
