The company is closing its book on October 21 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 27th AGM on October 30 in Hotel Cystal Pashupati, Gaushala Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3 percent stock and 0.157 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Similalry, the meeting will approve proposals of giving corporate guarantee of loans taken from BFIs to construct Likhu kHola Hydropower Project, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
