The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3 percent stock and 0.157 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve proposals of giving corporate guarantee of loans taken from BFIs to construct Likhu kHola Hydropower Project, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
