The company is closing its book on October 23 fopr upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 16th AGM on November 10 in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
