On the day, the stock exchange adjusted the stock price at Rs 1,309 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 1,439.90 on October 22.
The company is conducting 16th AGM on November 10 in Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
