The company is closing its book on October 25 for right issue purpose, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 24 will be eligible to apply for the right share.
The company is set to issue 1:0.8845168 right share to its existing shareholders. accordingly, the company will issue 23,468,000 units of right shares.
Securities Board of Nepal approved the right shares on September 30.
