The board of directors meeting of the company held on October 29 decided to propose 10 percent stock and 26.84210526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from upcoming AGM.
The company is conducting its 50th AGM on December 19 in Nepal Pragya Bhawan Prechyalaya, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 11 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 28 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
