The company will issue 9,631,220.22 units of right shares worth Rs 963,122,022 at ratio of 10:6.256.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 12, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 11 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned A- rating to the issuer indicating adequate safety.
The company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital. The interested shareholders can apply from all branches of NLG Insurance and all branches of Laxmi Sunrise Bank outside Kathmandu Valley. They can also apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Currently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 1.56 billion that will reach Rs 2.50 billion after the right issue.
