The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on November 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
