Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved right shares of Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) on November 24.
The board approved the company to issue 1:1 right shares of the company.
Accordingly, the company will issue 18,512,792.225 units of right shares worth Rs 1.85 billion to its existing shareholders.
Salapa Bikas Bank has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 9.
