The bank is closing its book on November 27 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The bank is conducting its 38th annual general meeting (AGM) on December 10 in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali at 9.30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.50 percent stock and 19 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD and appoint an auditor for upcoming AGM.
