The company is closing its book on December 2 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 10th AGM on December 13 in Lisara Receptions Pvt. Ltd, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 5.63 percent cash including tax to its shareholders.
