SuryaJyoti Insurance (SJLIC), NRN Infrastructure and Developmen are closing their books on December 6 while First Microfinance is closing book on December 8 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in their book till December 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
SuryaJyoti Life is conducting its 17th AGM on December 21 in Big Hotel, Biratnagar at 10 am. The meeting will endorse distributing 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, NRN Infrastructure and Development (NRN) is conducting its 12th AGM on December 27 at 9 a.m. in Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Sadak, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing a 5 percent stock dividend and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 100 percent right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
Likewise, First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (FMDBL) is conducting 15th AGM on December 26 in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9 percent stock dividend and 0.47 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of increasing authorized, issued and paid-up capital, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and forward merger/acquisition, appoint an auditor and elect three directors from ordinary shareholders.
