Siddhartha Bank (SBL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 6 decided to propose 4 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have increased on March 8.
