On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 687.04 after adjusting 8 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 742 on December 22.
The company is conducting its 18th AGM on January 9 at 11 am in Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 0.42 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and elect an auditor.
