The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 22 decided to propose 7 percent stock and 0.3684 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
In order to approve the proposal, the company is conducting 17th AGM on January 13 in Diyalo Foodland Chitwan, ward no 10, Bharatpur Municipality, Chitwan at 11 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend
