Thus, the shareholders registered in their books until December 26 (the last trading day before book closure) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of issuing 8.25% SBL Preference Share after approval from regulatory bodies, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect directors from ordinary and promoter shareholders and appoint an auditor.
Moreover, Green Ventures (GVL) is conducting its 6th AGM on January 12 in Rani Mahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu at 11 am.
