Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) is conducting its 30th AGM on January 13 at 11 am in CIT Building, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of 7 percent stock and 6 percent cash dividend. Moreover, the meeting will elect one director each from the promoter and ordinary shareholders.
