The company is issuing ‘9% ICFC Finance Ltd Debenture 2088’ having a maturity period of seven years.
The company will issue 300,000 units of debenture worth Rs 300 million. Out of total offered units, the company will issue 180,000 units through personal finance and the remaining 120,000 units will be issued to the general public. moreover, the company has allocated 5 percent i.e. 6,000 units of general public quota to mutual funds.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 120,000 units of debentures. The issue will close early on January 26 and lately on February 5.
The company has appointed Kumari Capital as issue manager. the investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs.
Care Rating Nepal has assigned BBB- rating to the issuer indicating moderate risks.
