The company is auctioning 1:0.50 right shares that went unsold during issuance. The company had issued 826,574 units of right shares to existing shareholders.
The interested bidders can bid for minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager. The bidders can bid from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Jawlakhel, Hetauda, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Prabhu Bank.
