On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 760.09 after adjusting 10 percent bonus share. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 836.10 on January 22.
The company is conducting its 25th AGM on February 12 in Hotel Viswa, Birgunj at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 21.05 percent dividend including 10 percent bonus and 11.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, elect three directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint an auditor.
