The company is auctioning 29,977.31 units of promoter and 290,555.91 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its 10:6.256 right issue.
Interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1000 and maximum of all shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 till February 9.
The company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital as issue manager. The bidders can bid from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of NLG Insurance.
