Emerging Nepal Registers 100% Growth

Emerging Nepal (ENL) has published the second quarter report of the current FY.

As per the report, the company has recorded 100 percent growth in net profit during the period.

During the period, the company earned net profit of Rs 10.4 million compared to Rs 5.1 million of the corresponding period of the last FY. The net profit increased by 100.91 percent during the period.

Increase in operating income can be attributed to increase in its net profit during the period. In the review period, it raised its operating profit by 37.25 percent to Rs 9.3 million. However, its income form other sources declined by 60.31 percent and total expenses increased by 28.66 percent.

Along with net profit, its EPS increased by Rs 0.92 to Rs 3.38. The company has net worth per share of Rs 109.48 and P/E ratio of 355.07 times.

The company with Rs 555.6 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 52.6 million.
