On the day, the regulatory body adjusted the stock price at Rs 765.45 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 842 on February 11.
The company is conducting its 20th AGM on February 25 in its head office at Shikhar Biz Centre, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, change address of its registered office and appoint an auditor.
