As per the published notices, the banks have continued the interest rate provided on Magh for Falgun.
Out of 20 commercial banks, eighteen have maintained the same interest rate on individual fixed deposits, with the average interest rate at 6.001, the same as Magh.
The remaining two banks have cut rates.
Laxmi Sunrise Bank and Global IME Bank cut their maximum interest rates by 0.25 percent point on individual fixed deposits compared to the month of Magh.
