The company started auctioning unsold right shares that went unsold during its issuance from February 17.
The company is auctioning a total of 1,798,656 units including 676,191 units promoter, 508,892 units ordinary and 613,573 units lock-in freed shares.
The minimum bidding price of the auctioned shares is Rs 100. The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares divisible by 10 under the limit provided by regulatory body.
The company has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as issue manager. the bidders can bid from the office of NIMB Ace Capital, Lazimpat, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj and Biratnagar branch.
