Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company (SALICO) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held April 10 decided to propose 15 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Insurance Authority its upcoming AGM.
Arrow Pharmaceuticals is set to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the general public.
