The company is closing its book on March 10 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting 8th AGM on March 241in Anmol Banquet, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 1.2489 percent stock and 8 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of changing its registered office, expenses made on CSR, delegate authority to BOD for policy amendments and appoint an auditor.
