The company is closing its book on March 14 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book until March 12 (last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Salt Trading is conducting 58th annual general meeting (AGM) on March 28 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting approve proposals of taking loan facility, approving money donated to PM Disaster Relief Fund and appointing an auditor.
