The company issued 1,845,000 unit shares worth Rs 1.845 million to the general public. In the issue, a total of 1,965,811 applicants applied for 22,739,650 units of shares out of which 10,126 applications were cancelled while 1,955,685 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 184,500 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
