Swabhiman Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SMFBS) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 20 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 0.2632 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The gold and silver price have gained for second day on April 16.
