The company issued 1,476,000 units of IPO from March 11-16. In the issue, the company raked 2,056,576 applications seeking 24,529,590 units of shares. Out of the total applications, 1,848,298 applications were approved and others were canceled.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline. Under the guideline, only 147,600 applicants were provided 10 units of shares.
