The company had issued 1,195,200 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 119.5 million on April 10-15. In the issue, a total of 1,854,497 applicants applied for 1,053,460 units of shares out of which 6,426 applications were cancelled while 1,846,664 applications were approved.
Given that, the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which 119,520 applications were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
