On the day, NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 452.67 after adjusting 12 percent bonus share. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 506.99 on June 8.
The company is conducting 8th annual general meeting (AGM) on June 16, in Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
