Out of 500 million mutual funds units, the capital has secured a minimum of 7.5 million or minimum 15 percent of total sold units as seed capital for scheme promoter Citizens Bank International. The remaining 42.5 million units will be issued to the general public .
The issue will close early on July 1 and lately on July 11. Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 5 million units of mutual funds.
The company has appointed Citizens Capital as issue manager. Interested investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB+ rating to the issuer.
