The capital is issuing 25 million units of mutual funds having a face value of Rs 10 per unit amounting to Rs 250 million from June 6.
The scheme to be operated under Prabhu Mutual Fund is open ended scheme.
The total size of scheme is of Rs 40 million, out of which the capital has secured 7.5 percent i.e. 3 million units to scheme promoter Prabhu Bank and 7.5 percent i.e. 3 million to scheme manager Prabhu Capital. The remaining 25 million will be issued to the general public.
The issue manager of the scheme is Prabhu Capital. The interested investors can apply from C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB- rating to the issuer.
