The capital is issuing 120 million mutual fund units worth Rs 1.20 billion at a face value of Rs 10 per unit from July 6. The mutual fund is 10 yearly close ended scheme.
Out of 15 percent of total offered units, the company allotted 1.5 percent i.e. 1.8 million units to scheme manager Global IME Capital and 13.50 percent i.e. 16,200,000 units as seed capital. The remaining 102 million will be issued to the general public.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 12 million units of mutual fund.
The company has appointed Global IME Capital as issue manager. the investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
ICRA Nepal has assigned A- rating to the issuer.
