The company issued 2,942,760 units of IPO worth Rs 294.2 million to the general public on July 2-6.
In the issue, a total of 2,150,672 applicants had applied for 26,148,350 units of shares. Out of total number of applications, 12,521 applications were cancelled while 2,243,686 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which, 294,276 applcants were provided 10 units of shares.
