Pokhara Finance (PFL) and Samriddhi Finance are set to merge at a swap ratio of 1:1.
The companies signed a memorandum of understanding for the merger today at 8.30 am in Hotel Landmark Lakeside, Pokhara.
As per the agreement, the joint entity will be functioning as Pokhara Finance, headquartered in Kathmandu.
Bandipur Cable Car has started issuing initial public offering (IPO) to locals of affected area and foreign migrated workers from today, July 22.
