In the Policies and Programs, SEBON has announced of allowing investors to buy securities with the balance available in their respective bank accounts.

Similarly, the Policies and Program mentions that the board has directed CDSC to submit proposed amendments regarding prevailing policies, closing demat accounts that have not been renewed since the last five years and have zero balance of securities, exempting charges upon failure to obtain renewal fees while closing the accounts and allowing depository members to pay renewal fees to CDSC after obtaining the fees from clients.
Moreover, the Policies and Programs reads that the non-resident Nepalese will be allowed to trade securities on the basis of citizenship.
