Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted eleven construction companies on August 4.
The department blacklisted the companies after they failed to complete work within the deadline.
As per the published notice today, they are kept in black list under Public Procurement Act 2063, Section 63 (1).
Balphi Hydropower (BHL) is set to issue 100 percent right shares.
