The companies are closing their books on August 12, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till August 11 will be eligible to apply for the right share and obtain return of the company.
City Hotel is issuing 1:0.80 percent right shares to its existing shareholders. Accordingly, it will issue 13,392,000 units of right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion.
Similarly, Garima Samriddha Yojana is distributing 5.10 percent returns to its mutual fund unit holders.
