The company is issuing 100 million units of RBB Focus 40 worth Rs 1 billion at Rs 10 per unit. Out of total offered units, the company has allocated 14 million or minimum of 14 percent of total sales unit to scheme promoter Rastriya Banijya Bank and minimum one million or minimum 1 percent of total sales unit to scheme manager RBB Merchant Banking. The general public can apply for the remaining 85 million units of mutual funds.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 10 million units of mutual fund. The issue will close early on September 7 and lately on September 17.
The mutual fund will mature in 12 years. The investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned A+ rating to the mutual fund promoter and 3 rating to manager of the mutual fund.
