According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmark gold has been set at Rs 222,500 per tola today.
The gold price increased by Rs 1,200 per tola compared to yesterday. On September 25, the gold price was Rs 221,300 per tola.
Meanwhile, the silver price has hit a new record on the day. The silver price increased by Rs 55 to the new record breaking price of Rs 2,740.
Silver held previous record of Rs 2700 per tola on October 24.
