Siddhartha Bank (SBL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on October 7 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 5.53 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
