The bank is closing its book on October 17 for upcoming AGM, thus the shareholders registered in its book till October 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The bank is conducting its 19th AGM on November 11 in Hotel Pokhara Grand, Pardi, Birauta, Pokhara at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 18.20 percent dividend including 13.53 percent stock and 4.67 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will amend article and memorandum of association to upgrade to commercial bank, delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and appoint an auditor.
