Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has cut the price of petrol by Rs 2 per liter to be effective from Wednesday midnight.
Meanwhile, the corporation has kept diesel and kerosene prices intact.
According to NOC, the rates for petrol in the first, second, and third categories have been set at Rs 156.50, Rs 158 and Rs 159 per liter.
The gold price has increased to set new record on October 15.
