The board of directors meeting of the company held on October 28 decided to propose 15 percent stock and 16.5789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The hotel is conducting its AGM on December 14 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Sundhara, Kathmandu at 10 am.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on November 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
